    On the assumption you were asked to perform a PESTEL analysis, I think that would normally be worth a mark. You have not just identified the factor (government grants) but the effect of these (reduced costs).

    With every finding your should ask “So what? What are the implications of this?” Otherwise there’s little point in an analysis.
