And what is after exams? Unreceived ACCA Certificate

Dear new ACCA members – questions for you.

I became member this August, when the last exam has been passed:)

I did all PERs, and have enough working experience, my status had been changed from Student to Member – however, the Certificate itself still did not arrive (((.
I am feeling quite disappointed with this , first I was told to allow 4-6 weeks for delivery, then this week wrote email to accaglobal, but they just replied that the document had been sent by ordinary post, so they cannot track the delivery status and what they can offer to help – to send another Certificate.

Now, the questions for you :
1) how long did it take to receive the Certificate
2) what should I do now? to wait again for 4-6 weeks with no success
