Hi,
May I know if the question ask to explain the roles of chairman,
can I only give the points only without explaining as I not familiar with the explaination?
For example, a 5 mark for the above question and I give 10 points without
explaination but write in sentence.
Do I get the 5 mark also?

if the question asks u to EXPLAIN – then u have to explain. If you show list of 10 ideas you are not answering the question set – and will get little marks if any.
EXPLAIN for 5 marks = 5 ideas with 1 good sentence for each – or If you manage two sentences.
