    is the engagement procedure is the audit procedure carried out for the client?
    what is actually does interim FS mean?, and how can we perform review of interim FS?
    and also please tell me what does interim audit mean?

    I believe that I’m correct in saying that interim financial statements is no longer in your syllabus

    An interim audit is essentially a systems audit, confirming the consistency and strength of accounting and internal controls.

    Typically carried out 2 / 3 months before the year end

    WHY ARE WE WRITING IN UPPER CASE FONT?

    No, engagement procedures are the (depending on the context of the use of the expression) procedures to be adopted before accepting the engagement whereas audit procedures are those that are adopted for the purpose of carrying out the audit
