Hi, i would like to know that exam question 1,are the fixed cost relevant? confusing
The fixed costs are relevant because they are specific to the new development.
When calculate net present value it is incurred with inflation right?
What is the discount factor?You calculate the nominal (actual) cash flows, and then discount at the nominal cost of capital of 12%. You get the discount factors from the tables!!
Opss. still have another question want to ask.
trade receivable management policy and working capital policy on the management of trade receivables.are they same?The ACCA have not uploaded the answers yet (and today even the questions are not available – I think they have a problem with their website).
