    When calculate net present value it is incurred with inflation right?
    What is the discount factor?

    You calculate the nominal (actual) cash flows, and then discount at the nominal cost of capital of 12%. You get the discount factors from the tables!!

    The ACCA have not uploaded the answers yet (and today even the questions are not available – I think they have a problem with their website).
    The answers will be available in a few weeks time.

    They are out now for most of the papers, and so I guess the ACCA will upload F9 soon.
