Hi All,
I’m struggling on the above named topic, I understand limiting factor which is a single constraint- which is when the production and sales plan of business may be limited by a limiting factor/scarce resource, this can be materials labours etc. .an then from this you calculate your optimum production plan which has 4 steps:-
1. Identify the limiting factor
2. Calculate cpu per limiting factor
3. Rank products (highest first, honour contracts first)
4. Optimum production plan
But I don’t get linear programming, I believe this came up in the June 2014 paper, is there any chance it could come up again?
Please help
Thank you
