Hi,
Could you please tell me why has examiner taken the assumption that accounting and economic depreciation are same, so no adjustment needed?
What adjustment are you suggesting otherwise? What figure would you use? If no economic depreciation has been estimated for you the presumption is that you cannot make the depreciation adjustment.
