from the book, the question is to find the net profit marginal, but the answer is with the profit before interest and tax. Sir I don’t understand since when net profit is equal of profit before interest or am I missing something.

In financial accounting, net profit does mean the very final profit (after interest and after tax).
However, in F5 (just as in F2) we are not doing financial accounts, and we mean the net operating profit which is the profit before interest and tax.
