How best do I tackle a question that says, “Design a financial statement analysis framework/model that increases value to the various end users of financial statements of your organization”.

It wants you to focus on the ratios, which are useful for different users..
Like someone is interested in your assets so calculate, asset turnover, quick ratio.. payout ratio etc..
