Please refer model answer working 2 . Goodwill on Hail. Question says 55% acquired in dec 2011, but model answer shows 55% acquired June 2011, why is that?

I’m not sure if this isn’t just a printing error. Does it make any difference to the retained earnings, the goodwill or the nci calculations
