Forums › ACCA Forums › General ACCA Forums › ACCA/Oxford Brookes Degree: do failed exams affect the classification received?
As per the title, I’m just looking for some clarity regarding exams initially failed and then subsequently passed, and how this affects the classification of degree received (if at all).
Of the relevant papers, F4-F9, I failed F7 on the first attempt and subsequently passed the resit. I’m worried that this may affect the resulting average mark across these papers, but can’t find any advice online.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I want to know this as well
I don’t believe failing will affect your degree classification. As they will be counting in your average marks for the papers/sittings you cleared them.
