Hi All
Probably a daft question but just looking for some guidance. I plan to sit the F7 paper this December (or possibly next June). I note that there is a UK option or the International Option. I work as an FD in the UK and therefore assume the UK paper is the best option. However, I just went onto the BPP website to look at booking their online distance learning option and it appears they only have material available for the “International” version of the paper. Can anyone offer any further assistance/advice on this matter and the BPP situation, based on their previous/present experiences?
Kind Regards
Chris
July 10, 2014 at 6:13 am #178514With effect from December this year, UK and International are the same paper – there is no longer a UK variant F7 (nor F8)
That takes away any dilemma you may have faced in making the choice 🙂

Thanks so much for your clarification on this. Much appreciated and as you say – takes one less dilemma away.
Kindest Regards
Chris

Chris, I am also sitting F7 (I am pretty sure I failed in June) and F9… If you are in London and are looking for a Study Buddy for the December sitting, let me know.
Cheers.

I think due to work committments I will only end up doing f5 this December (and F4 CBE in Feb 15) with F6 & F7 in June 15. I hope you manage to pass in Dec 14 and we don’t end up as study buddies in June 15!July 11, 2014 at 12:13 pm #178622Study buddies nipped in the buddies?
July 11, 2014 at 3:26 pm #178634So it would appear Mike! Keep that sense of humour up – it’s one the the few things getting us through these exams!!
July 11, 2014 at 4:06 pm #178639You’ve got to laugh at something. I’ve just read the live text for day 3 of the test match against India. If that’s not worth a laugh I don’t know what is!
July 11, 2014 at 5:12 pm #178645Let’s be honest Mike, after the world cup and Wimbledon should we really expect anything else….? I think we should celebrate in our epic failures and unite in our “secondratedness”. I for one will raise a glass tonight to Mr Cook et al.
July 12, 2014 at 8:11 am #178716Good point – but I’ve now mentally accepted the rank of tenth in the World cricket listings (unless the Burnley Express can pull off some wondrous stuff). However, I am beginning to build up with excitement about the Commonwealth Games feeling pretty confident that we shall win more medals than the USA and Russia COMBINED!
