sir please elaborate the difference between performance measure, performance indicator and performance driver? thanks reply asap
There is no worthwhile difference between a performance measure and a performance indicator. Some writers say that a measure is precise whilst an indicator is more vague. Not worth bothering about.
A performance driver is something that causes good performance. So sales revenue and gross profit are performance measures/indicators, but the performance driver could be good design or a great web-site.
thanks gromit n wish me luck for p5..
