Dear Tutor,
Can you advise on what are the main concepts to focus upon, during those few days left?
Also, I can only remember the main points of the notes (although not all of them); will that be enough?
Can the use of common sense help us get a pass in the exam?

The use of common sense is essential because questions come in all shapes and forms.
Make sure you know the performance pyramid and Fitzgerald and Moon’s building blocks.
Otherwise, read through the questions and answers to recent exams and take note of how the answers responds to the information in the questions.
