Hello, could you please explain why correct answer is A? I thought Legal prohibition is an automatically fair ground for dismissal too?

Hmmm, I agree with you. Furthermore, dismissal for unofficial industrial action may, on appeal, be held to be unfair in the situation where proper procedure wasn’t followed
