i have read the 4 stages for customer life cycle
acqusition, retention, extnsion. i just dont understand it and dont know how to apply it to a case
Think of a business:
You can use your internet site to acquire new customers. Eg, if its found by a Google search.
Next you try to retain customers. Eg email special offers, offer loyalty points.
Also try to extend the range of products bought, eg recommend products that a customer’s previous purchases suggest they might be interested in
How about if the question ask how the crm software help in retention, acquisition and extension of customer?
