    Can we get question on divisional performance and behavioral aspects?

    because I don’t have enough time to look at though time limited
    I’m concentrating more on Financial and non financial performance..

    Yes – you could get a question on divisional performance. Behavioural aspects as well (although behavioural is more likely in the budgeting question).

    I personally think most of the question is likely to be non-financial performance, but divisional could certainly be asked I’m afraid.

    dear sir,if we are asked to write about building block model in exam or anything with regard to building block model can we write about balance scorecard? maybe by even mentioning that both of these are basicaly the same approch? will we get maximum marks for it? Thank You

    No – if you are specifically asked to write about one of them, then you would not get full marks by writing about the other one!!

    Although they are both saying the same sort of thing, Kaplan and Nortons’ balanced scorecard is aimed at manufacturing businesses, whereas Fitzgerald and Moons’ building blocks approach is aimed at service businesses.
