Sir, i have completed the f5 kit. and also all the topics of f5 from bpp.topics like variences analysis all the accounting techniques i.e throughput, ABC, target costing, life cycle costing, limiting factor analysis. decision trees etc. and budgeting i have strong grip on these topics. except these other topics are normally prepared. what u suggest me? should i learn the topics from books once again or by practicing past paper as many as i can.
Most important now is practicing past exam questions.
Best is to look at the exams from the past 3 years (but not spending much time on last Decembers exam – the examiner does not usually ask the same topics in the next exam).
In particular spend time reading the answers to the written parts of the questions and learning from them. 50% of the exam will be writing and this is where most people lose marks – they spend too long on the calculations and do not write anything for the written parts!
