In question “AIR” part B the gearing ratios are calculated in the end of solution. I understood the working of reserves but how share capital of 5000 was calculated? i did not get it. 50c share price is given but what are the number of shares ? where in the question are these mentioned?
Please tell me which exam the question was in!
(I cannot remember the name of every question that has ever been asked 🙂 )
