    The three main of strategic choices are
    1==Suitability
    2==Acceptability
    3==Feasibility.
    Some textbooks start the analysis by suitability ,acceptability and finally feasibility. I think that the arrangement of the above creates discomfort to some students.
    I would prefer the following orders,
    1==suitability
    2==feasibility
    3==acceptability.
    I am saying that because after the position analysis has been identified the best option to take, it done follows the resources and probable the “6Ms”, then follows whether the shareholders will accept the proposal based on the risks and returns of the choice made.
    I may be wrong in this perspective.
    Please your comments,sir.
    THANKS.

    I don’t do it in a particular order. The results are often not 100% favourable or 100% unfavourable. Any one of S, A or F could deliver a knockout punch to a strategy. Use the order you are comfortable with.
