Should I submit for period 28 (21st May 2014 deadline)

Do not submit if you feel that your rap is not 100% perfect. This is not acca paper, In acca paper you take chance again and again because there is possibility that you get pass grade due to paper being easy, furthermore, there is no limit on number of attempts.
