I assume that you know the theory by now, so your trouble must lie with answering questions. This could be because you are:

1 Not targeting the requirements accurately
2 Not making use of the information in the scenario
    3 Not writing enough detail.

I don’t know where you are based, but if possible try to enrol on a question-based revision day where you will get feedback on your answer.

You need question practice – ideally a mock exam – and you need your questions marked.

It is said that Paper F8 is a hurdle to pass your ACCA qualification. The reason is that it is a very professional paper and if you do with it like a professional set of mind than there will be no reason to fail it. If you look the paper structure and the way it is examine you will find it very technical paper. So, the techniques to attempt the paper is very keen.

Many students do manage to pass those papers in one sitting. However, I can’t really advise you. It depends on your strengths, interests, English, time available for study, application to study, study resources etc. Certainly, attempting three papers would keep you busy.
