    Hi All,

I’ve just started studying FIA and was wondering what the recommended hours of study are per paper? I know it will differ for everyone but I’m just looking for a guide so I can set a target date to complete by….otherwise I know if I don’t set deadlines I’ll never do it:) xx

Hoping to do the first 3 papers by June so I can the start studying F4 to sit in December but trying to be realistic as I also have a full time job and a 14 month old:) x

You need to know the material, inside out

For some that may take 20 hours, for others 200, it depends on far too many factors

If you have an idea in your head of how many hours to spend, you may not apply yourself enough

Personally, I do about 10 hours a week, every week probably starting next week until June, no matter how many papers I am sitting, I just keep going. I have already started study for my last paper, but at a reduced pace
