SINGAPORE ACCA STUDENTS – What happens next?

I am a Singapore ACCA student and I’ve just completed my last paper in the recent december 2013 exam sitting. For those ACCA students under the pre-existing JES scheme under the ICPAS plus route, may I know what do i do from here to be able to become an ICAS/CA Singapore member? I emailed ICPAS and they said we can just register with them after we pass all papers. If all ACCA affiliates can do so then what is the difference in choosing the ACCA route vs the ICPAS route?
