I am currently preparing for the F4 global paper and I have some doubts about the section number and cases to mention. Do we have to state the section number for each act like implied authority of partners S(5) PA (1890)? Will we loose marks if we don’t or gain if we do ? and also do we have to state the case name alone like solomon v solomon (1897) ? Or give details ? will we loose marks if we don’t state a case ? urgent help will be appreciated .
thank you
remember case names, its not that difficult
don’t need to remember years or section
sahar, read the exam technique article on this site (acca, f4) and towards the bottom of that page there are 2 articles – one for general and one specifically for F4
