Will you be self study or going to a college?
I self study and I find a good study text (BPP/Kaplan etc – I favour BPP, just personal taste) and a practice and revision kit are adequate to get you through. The Open Tuition lectures are amazingly helpful for the more challenging topics.
The rest is good time management. Set a date that you intend to take the exam, and work backwards to plan a study/revision timetable that fits in realistically with the free time you have available. Past paper and question practice is where you learn about what style of answer the examiner expects, how the questions are phrased and which topics are more favoured.
Good luck! It’s hard work but very rewarding.
