If we have a sale leaseback finance lease the profit is deferred over the lease term? Correct?
Where the asset is depreciated on the shorter of the UL or the lease term and if the lease term is shorter is the deferred profit released to the income statement over the shorter of UL or the lease term? Or is it the lease term only?
