can someone please tell me any past year questions related to debt vs equity?are they the same as ias 39/ifrs 9 financial instruments??
“Debt vs Equity” sounds more like a financing advice issue rather than an accounting treatment question.
Where have you heard the expression and does the context give any better indication of the requirement of the issue?
There is an article on it in the P2 section on the ACCA website (link mentioned below)
