Hi Mike,
Can you please tell me what service is prohibited to a listed client ?
Eg: prepare fsAnd what types of threat to all client(listed&non listed) that cannot be reduced to an acceptable level ?

For listed client, apart from accountancy and preparation of financial information, we are also precluded from taking part in management
For all, taking part in management.
All the matters mentioned by keyboard pose threats. But we COULD work as secretary. We can perform accountancy work for non-public quoted and non-public interest companies
