How the Sale of the Project amounts to $16m?
The question states as: It is anticipated that the
value attributable to the plant and machinery after four years is $400,000 of the price at which the project is sold.
Please Explain.. ?$ 16m is given in que..n $ 400,000 is used to calculate capital allowance as 3-0.4/4= 0.65m (cost less residual value divided by no of years)
