I have a slight issue with labour budgeting is Kaplan text book.
For instance when labour can perform a job in say 20 hours and unavoidable time loss and interruptions is 25% of time required, How do you adjust actual labour required because in Kaplan, 20 hours was divided by 25%. Someone explain this to me please.
