Hi guys, lets share notes on the payroll system.
would the following objectives be correct for a payroll system?
-ensure that payment is only for work done
-ensure that correct labour rates are used for computation
-ensure that deductibles to payable bodies ie tax authorities are accurate
-ensure that payment is for valid employees
-ensure that correct entries are recorded
-ensure that accurate calculation are made for amounts due for payment
-ensure that payments are authorised
okay.lets make some adjustments…on those
to ensure that only hours worked are paid for./ensure that payment is for hours worked for
to ensure that all hours should be signed for by the emloyee n the supevisor.
ensure that payments are only paid to employees with a man number in the system.
