Hi there,
I am having trouble understanding deferred tax in a business combination scenario. Please help me I am thoroughly confused.
I have been through the examples in BPP text book and very confused.

I’m not clear as to the precise nature of your difficulties. In a business combination scenario, my recollection is that deferred tax does not play a major part in the questions. I could be wrong! Let me know please the particular area with which you are struggling and I’ll try to help
