    Hi,
Its disappointing. Its natural, but never lose hope. If you have had LSBF course note, finish that and then revise BPP kit over and over again as many times as you can. Best of luck.

I passed my this exam in a third attempt and believe it or not, I passed it on merely P7 course study basis because I took P7 classes rather than F8.
I will try to help you as much as I can.
    My this attempt changed strategy:
1 – Grasp knowledge and concept of terms and working procedure
2 – Read Student technical articles to clear several understandings especially CAAT related
3 – Apply them in exams.

For my case, I am too lazy that I never practiced any question ever in my whole ACCA, always gave papers on the knowledge basis. If you practice with this way, then you could score much better than me, because I don’t practice.

I think you could try to read exam reports(download at ACCA website) on every exam you have attempted, they’re quite useful because you could clearly know the typical mistakes students usally make(and you may also make them), and you can find some comments from the examiner on the types of answers you are expected to have. That could help you a lot.

Besides, another effective way for F8 study is to summarize the past paper , you could easily find that many points are frequet exam issues. By the way, I have summarize the F8 past paper issues by my self, which helps me a lot on passing the exam. You may send email to me if you are interested. Hope you could succeed!
