respected sir,
its second time i am failing in f4 -global :(… my paper goes good,but i always fail with 40 marks… are their any useful tips how the paper should be written?may be its because of writing technique… please add an extra link whee you are personally solving the paper so that we can have an idea from it.
thanks in advancei read the exam article,tried it,writing 10 points (valid one), headlines, paragraphs then too didn’t passed
i’d suggest that you get a very good revision kit and go through all the questions and practice writing them. listening to Mike’s lectures using the two sets of flash card on here (only the global have the case names the other has the basic principles) doing the quiz and reading the articles are a great help.
The first time i did it i got 47 and that because i thought i had covered everything listening to his lectures and i could answer anything but nothing beats practicing writing the answers you would be suprise to know you get stuck to make solid points on stuff that you were show you know.
then remember to approach the questions with the ISAC rule!

Lets see now. I would suggest making points as u read. Once you have completed going through ur text, read your points.
Next practice your writing skills!! Consider having three parts for your answer: An Introduction, Body and conclusion. With reference to the question; the intro you would state the law, in the body you would explain the requirements as per the questions and make your conclusion, often they ask you your opinion or what you think is right as per the law.As for the topics, please dont get me wrong im not askin you to choose topics n study but i will tell u parts from which i feed questions are asked: Means of payment, Arbitration, Rights of seller and directors. Please do the company law well very crucial!! especially the Directors topic. For the different type of world organizations make points move on.
read the kit if u can if not then please head straight for practicing questions from past papers,
