I am also thinking of doing both of them at the end of this year. I know that F9 is quite heavy with all the calculations and formulas, but I’m not sure on what P1’s syllabus is like.

I think P1 an F9 is to much since both are heavy in theory and it should be done one at a time

Well, I personally think P1 is just F4 and F8 and some F7 revision. I will be doing F9 and P1 in Dec.

I have watched nearly all the open tuition P1 lectures within a week and will do again twice and start with revision kit. It’s only Sept. I think there is still plenty of time if you set you mind to it. It depends on your schedule.

I have 2 kids and 1 on the way, a full time job and a husband. Some how I manage to find time to study – mostly from 4am till it’s time to go to work.

I took F9 & P1 together having previously done F7 & F8 and yes it was hard work (as they all are) but not unachieveable as long as you are willing to put the work in. I work full time as well as having my own house to look after and I was able to pass F9 & P1 together.

Good luck with your studies 🙂
