Same with P6 I got 48% and failed – totally gutted as is my last exam to pass

The figures given above are the percentages of students who took the exams and passed. So in the case of paper F8: 40% of students who took F8 – passed and 60% failed.

Oh my gosh – how have you people got to P6 and F8 without knowing you have to get 50%. So stupid
Hi all. First 2 exams for ACCA and fortunately passed both (F5 & F6)
Is there anyway to find out the average mark and top marks for papers at all? Just interested

I know the above rates are no of students who have passed and not the pass rates derrrrr, I meant that I failed a paper with a higher passes and passed a

Dear Friend,
Please don’t get disappointed by losing exams and blame ACCA for your failure, even if, as you believe, that may be the case. It is the time for some introspection and try to improve what you might be lacking. It is very easy to blame on someone and sundry for our failures than trying to blame ourselves. It is not wise to resort to this tactics being a professional. You are only ruining your chances of becoming a member of any professional accountancy body, let alone ACCA. Your abusive language itself is more than enough to form an opinion about yourself. I doubt on your standing in terms of highest degree of professional conduct this profession demands. I hope you are aware it is not just passing exams that will make you a professional accountant. Therefore It is pointless according to me to give a one to one reply to your lengthy expression of desperation.
My advise to you is if you do not like ACCA , you better opt for CPA/CMA or even ICAP an option for you. But irrational bad mouthing about the professional body because of your personal failure is not acceptable.

Becoming an ACCA is what every finance professional dream of.
Don’t be tired, keep trying and you will get there. Opentuition is a good place to hang around, listen to the lectures and practice more past questions.

The optional P papers have dauntingly low pass rates! For 3 out of the 4 option papers, if you pass, the person infront and behind you probably have failed!

Many thanks,admin review is a waste of time trust me – you spend about 52 gbp for a bunch of letters explaining their process and showing whether you failed or passed in each question….I don’t recommend it
