I qualified as a Technician Accountant in December, 1991. I became a member of AAT on 3 November 1992.
I was fortunate that the audit firm Price Waterhouse (PW) (employer then) used to pay for my membership fees annually until 1998 when they stopped paying.Since then it has been difficult for me to subscribe to ACCA and AAT. The value of currency Malawi Kwacha is generally weaker to the Pound and Dollar.
I enjoyed interacting with students and members (about 34, then) locally in Malawi and internationally through AAT news letters which I still keep. PLEASE UPDATE ME WITH AAT NEWS, PUBLICATIONS, DEVELOPMENTS AND INNOVATIONSI will be delighted to interact again with people who pursue or hold a good quality qualification that gives one confidence without fear or favour or influence to depart FROM ethics or standards.
