For the require No. 3
– The Standard for labour efficiency had anticipated buying a new machine leading to 10% decrease in Labour hours
…. The answer shows a Increse from 1.25 to 1.39 WHY ???
actually we anticipated labour time to be less than 10 % on the anticipation that we buy a new machine however as it is mentioned in note 3 that we didnot buy new machine so the time need to be gross up
currently time (1.25 ) is at 90 % so actual time ( as we did not buy new machine wd be taken at 100 %) would be (1.25/90) *100=1.39
hope this helps
