I am puzzled by your question. They are the names of the topics – financial performance, non-financial performance, and divisional performance.

Can you tell me in detail how to prepare for this topic. As this is the only topic that’s left in f5 which i have to prepare for.

The best way to prepare is to watch the lectures on here (together with our course notes) and then practice as many questions as you can.

    hi.
i know that basic variances has been removed from the sylabus
but is there any chance the examiner will test it Example: Idle time
or should i concentrate more on my Planning and Operating Variances?

Basic variances are still examinable – they are assumed knowledge from Paper F2.
However they will not be a whole question and you will not be asked an operating statement.
More important are planning and operational, and mix & yield.

Sir i have watched all the lectures of Performance management. But in my college the teacher also taught us trend and horizontal analysis, I want to know if that can be examined in financial performance, non-financial performance, and divisional performance.
