Hi,
Can you please explain to me why interest charged on finance lease is adding after the yr end? In my opinion the interest should be in the period before the yr end. (example 1 in open tuition notes) In normal practice the interest is always charged to the period where its belongs to. If interest is charged after the yr end then CL is calculated wrong the same long term liab. and also charges to P&L will change.
