    why is strategy option ST in the TOWS matrix seen as a medium term strategy?
    how or why does a pull model of supply chain centralise demand information?

    1st point – I have no idea what they are talking about.

    2nd point – A pull model of a supply chain (such as just in time) implies that all production and material ordering is initiated by customer orders. Whether that is what the mean by centralising demand information I don’t know.

    Neither point is worth worrying about, but if you still are, all I can suggest is that you ask BPP.
