sameed that question is subjective to how many areas u actually cover and remember.. of course OT recommends their lecture notes along with the revision kit that should be enough.. but the exams are never predictable and may very much surprise u, at the final level u should expect that.. anyway, i am doin P3 too and im am taking class at an gold approved tuition provider and much of the handouts which have been circulated so far are in much more depth that the OT lecture notes (i mean way more in depth).. OT notes are really very much summarised.. you should do as much reading on the syllabus areas as u can..
