I am a full time student currently studying F5 and F6. I wanted to take F8 as well but wasn’t able to get help. I have a option now. but classes will commence only from April. what im concerned is are 2 months sufficient to deal with the subject and how much time will have have to give to it?
Hi there.
F8 is purely theory and scenario based – no number crunching.
It depends on how fast you can read the textbook and how much of it you can remember and absorb at the same time.
If you work in Audit or have had audit experience then F8, like F6 should be pretty easy, but if not, there is a lot to learn.
If your confident – why not give it a shot anyway – you never know it could be another one out of the way!
Good luck anyway
