    Hi,

I recently changed my browser to Google Chrome.
Since then I cannot log in to “My Acca” unless I use Internet Explorer.

Just wondering has anyone else had this issue with Google Chrome and if so what did you do to fix it?

    Thanks

    Hi Mark,

Had lots of trouble logging into myacca for a while now, quite often to get “An unexpected error occurred during authentication” message.

Emailed them and spoke to them a few times and they recommended IE… not sure why guessing could be a coding issue on the website, we all know how bad the ACCA IT is!!

I have a problem just accessing my status page in myACCA. I can view the rest of myACCA fine, but just get a blank page with my status page, which isn’t something that used to happen. Emailed ACCA about it and they recommended IE as well – even though IE *is* my normal web browser. It’s still not been resolved although I can view that page fine if I use firefox instead.
