I think its basically about getting to look at as many questions as possible before the exam. As for me, i am doing 3 more papers on top of F4 so i hardly get enough time to read it extensively. I have resorted to using the BPP revision and study kit. It can be helpful to you too, i guess.

April 21, 2013 at 1:21 am #123046Hello,
Im studying Global Variant. Can you please advise if it is pertinent to memorize all the cases and Articles??? Im taking two more exams and just wish the answer is NO :-{April 24, 2013 at 5:44 pm #123433I have been told that you do not need to remember any case names for the exam, it is possible to pass without. Obviously if you can remember one or two for each topic it will help! You need to show understanding and knowledge of the legal principles and need to be able to apply this to the exam scenarios.
I am currently doing my course through BPP Online Classroom Live and watching the Open tuition lectures also (Which I think are really great). I am currently reading through my book, over & over again!!! I’m going to learn everything on my BPP Passcards and a few cases for each topic, attempt some past questions, then anything I have time to learn after that is a bonus!
