Hi !
I was wondering if there have been any changes in the P7 syllabus since Dec2011, because thats when I appeared for P7 last.
Is it safe to use the Dec 201 Class notes and texts which I already have?
Thank you.February 19, 2013 at 7:46 am #118218I believe that details of changes in syllabus are available through the ACCA website, so you could ( easily ) check this for yourself.
To the best of my knowledge ( without actually checking the ACCA website for the detail ) I can’t think of any changes. Possibly the Bribery Act of 2010 ( but I covered that in my lectures through the whole of 2012 ) I can’t even remember whether the Bribery Act is included within the P7 notes – if it isn’t, there’s a section about it within the F4 notes

Thank you for your reply.
Yes, I am aware that one is able to check the change in syllabus detail on the ACCA website and that is precisely what I did (but in vain) before writing to you here. I was unable to find any link that led me to the same.
Your reply has answered my question perfectly but for the future, would you be kind enough to guide me as to whereabouts on the ACCA website can I find this information?
Thank you for your patience.

I’m not in the habit of checking on a regular basis but I imagine that, were you to look in “technical articles” for the relevant paper you would find something which identifies and explains the changes in syllabus
