hello … can anybody tell me that f7 and p2 can be given at the same time? thank u
January 17, 2013 at 6:53 pm #113825I think you can, but only on the condition that you are taking outstanding papers in the current F module at the same time. And, to take any P papers along with your final F papers, you have to take the P papers in order. So that means that to sit P2 at the same time as F7, you’d also have to register to take P1 as well.
So, assuming that F7 is your final paper in the F series, you’d have to register for F7, P1 & P2.
Best to check directly with ACCA but I think that’s how it works.

of my f series there are three papers left… and i wanted to give 4 papers at this sitting so as u said i should have to take p1 this time? rightJanuary 20, 2013 at 12:32 am #113948No, if you have 3 papers left in the f level, then you can also do any one from P1 – P3, therefore you can do P2 along with the 3 f level papers.

Yes you can if your 1-2 papers are left in F level. I failed in F7 in Dec-11 and gave it along with P2 in June 2012.
The only thing you should bare in mind is that since P2 is advance of F7, You should be ready to go through hours of confusions to understand concepts as P2 takes basis from F7. Especially if you registered through mature route or haven’t done full FIA or CAT, I would suggest not to attempt both together.
To know eligibility, Simply login to MyACCA and proceed to exam entry page. If you see the check box available, You can attempt it.
January 22, 2013 at 7:57 pm #114263I think it makes perfect sense to do F7 and P2 together. These papers are just knowing the various IFRS off by heart
February 7, 2013 at 1:35 pm #113818I think YES.. but look at following conditions..
1. If you have no paper left in F level except F7 then you can opt P level paper.
2. If both papers are not at same datefor further query write your email to students@accaglobal.com
