A new technical article has been released on January 2013 addressing reward schemes as a motivational tool for employees and management. It addresses a part of Fitzgerald and Moon’s building blocks model, and also potentially dangerous dysfunctional behaviors that may mislead employees to ‘work the figures’ to achieve their own self-interest rather than fulfilling the objectives of the company.
Based on past question pattern from our dearest examiner Mr Watt, this technical article would make its appearance on the June 2013 paper. It’s also a fairly new addition to the syllabus that hasn’t got decent explanation in the text books, so this technical article makes for a really useful read.

Hello angryhamtaro,
I will be so grateful for any help you can give me so that I can pass this exam. This is my fifth attempt and my marks range from 49 – 41. I was quite certain I would have gained 50 marks but I got 41 which is my lowest since attempting this paper. I attempted all the questions in the BPP kit and use technical articles.
Any Advise? I don’t know what else to do. Its my only paper left to qualify.
Thanks.
