How did they find the actual sales revenue?1640000
The standard profit on the actual sales is 540,000.
Therefore the standard sales revenue on actual sales should have been 150/50 x 540,000 = 1,620,000.
There was a favourable sales price variance of 20,000, therefore the actual sales revenue must have been 1,620,000 + 20,000 = 1,640,000.
